Fire Tube Boiler

Twin-furnace firetube boilers for steam outputs from 30 t_h to 58 t_h - Engineer News Netw

About

A Fire-Tube Boiler consists of hot gas carrying tubes immersed in water tanks to produce steam through heat transfer in a water-filled drum. The boiler type operates commonly for heating functions together with small industries and railroad systems. A fire-tube boiler presents three major advantages to users including a basic layout and lower purchase price and simplified upkeep operations. Although these heaters generate steam it is limited and restricts them from operating at high pressure conditions.
